All these plants I keep seeing! How lovely! You are getting quite the garden. So far I have done nothing this year – looking at these chives is giving me the urge to go get some for my balcony. ;)
Wow, so many lovely and delicate herbs. The drawing and painting style is great! Wonderful chives and great perspective on the climbing strawberries.
Jen and Cindy, thank you very much.Jen, I don't have a really big balcony, but most plants, specially aromatic, are quite easy to have in hight, in some shelves. Let me know if your balcony starts to "grow" ehehe :DCindy, i'm also enjoying a lot doing this series :)
You have a really nice touch with colour. Your illustrations are great.
Tyvm Nora :)
Wow! You sure kow your way in watercolours. All of your plants and herbs are so pretty, I love them all!
Koosje, now that i think about it, watercolours were my favourite medium before college. During college i hardly used it ... maybe a few times in draw and human figure classes, but not that much. And i do really like this medium. Thanks for your comment. :)
Chives are great...and your chives are the best :)
Estás a coleccionar...
Hi Fados. I like how you draw and paint your plants ... leaving some areas with just the line drawing and no color makes for a really interesting painting!
I agree with Mardi, I have always liked the interplay between line and color, you do it simply and cleanly.nice.
Patrícia, eu gosto muito de visitar as tuas criações. Um motivo de orgulho, sem dúvida! :) Elizabeth, Rainbow, Mardi and Richard, thank you for stopping by and comment. I'm also a fan of unfinished look draws.
Love, love, love this! Your work so nicely mirrors the delicateness of the chives! Gorgeous.
Thank you Suzanne :)Before i did the chives i was a bit afraid, due how confusing this plant can be! The most difficult part was to select which parts to draw.
LINDO, LINDO; LINDO!
Obrigada Manuela! :)
